A tangy taste. It is an ideal ingredient For sweet & sour dishes and chutneys.
Add the paste to hot water and seive removing any seeds.To the sieved liquid
add half a teaspoon each of chili and sugar to taste.Mix thoroughly and heat
until the sugar has dissolved.Chill and serve with Samosas or Bhaji.You can add
the paste once the seeds have been removed to add tang to any dish.
